Andrew M Love- Executive Chairman of the Ritz Club Casino
Andrew Love was appointed Deputy Chairman of The Ritz London in August 2004. He was the Chief Executive of The Ritz Club Casino since August 1998 when the Club reopened under new ownership. In June 2008 he was invited to become Executive Chairman of The Ritz Club Casino.
Prior to joining The Ritz Club Casino, Andrew was the Managing Director of the casino division of Ladbroke Group PLC, responsible for all overseas and UK development, having previously sold the business to Ladbroke.
Throughout his career, he has been heavily involved in the leisure industry. He has held several positions on the main board of leading casino and leisure groups including, City Clubs Limited, Leisure Investments PLC, Lebak Leisure Ltd, Suits Ltd, Coral Casinos [UK] Ltd, Mayfair Casinos Ltd and Pleasurama Ltd.

Debi Nutton serves as Senior Vice President of Casino Operations at MGM Grand Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
In her position, Debi is responsible for all Table Games, Slots, Casino Marketing, Poker and Race & Sports Book operations. This includes staffing, training and career development for a team of more than 1,300 employees.
Debi began her career in hospitality in 1975 in Food and Beverage and Hotel Operations before finding a passion for gaming in 1979 where she became one of the first female crap dealers in Las Vegas. Debi joined MGM Grand Resorts International in 1989 as a Pit Manager at the Mirage where she was part of the pre-opening team. After a series of promotions she joined the MGM Grand and in 2001 as the Vice President of Casino Operations.
Debi holds an Associate’s degree in both Nursing and Medical Office Assisting from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Bellevue University. In 2010 she graduated from Leadership Las Vegas, an intensive, 10-month program sponsored by the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce that is devoted to strengthening and educating 48 community leaders.
A Gaming Key Employee license holder and member of the College of Southern Nevada Hospitality Management Advisory Board, she is a frequent guest lecturer for the UNLV Hospitality College. In addition, she is currently on the Advisory Board for G2E, the Global Gaming Expo. In 2007, was named “Woman of Distinction” by the National Association of Women Business Owners for her work in the gaming, hospitality and convention services industry and again in 2009 she was honored to receive Casino Enterprise Management Great Women of Gaming Proven Leader Award Winner.
A volunteer for the Assistance League of Las Vegas, Debi is active in community volunteer programs including those that assist in cancer research and support education opportunities for at-risk children. She was recently selected to be the 2011 corporate walk chair for Light the Night, a walk to raise money for leukemia and lymphoma research.
As a challenge, Debi ran her first marathon at age 50. In her spare time she enjoys golf and bike riding.

Prior to joining the Mayor’s Office, he served as the Director of Organization for Mr. Miller’s campaign for Mayor and as National Operations Director for Peter MacKay’s successful campaign for Leader of the PC Party of Canada.

As a policy advisor to the Ontario Minister of Consumer and Commercial Relations, Mr. Burns directed government policy initiatives in the gaming sector.

Being the former editor and owner of Macau daily newspaper “Ponto Final”, he launched the first local English-language publication in May 2004: “Macau Business” is an in-depth, 136-page, monthly magazine which has grown from 2,500 copies to a staggering 20,000 copies in just three years. In September 2005, Azevedo launched “Business Intelligence”, a sister publication in Chinese.

Stella was instrumental in the design and delivery of a new Personal Management License Programme (PML) for Casino Managers and input to AML and POCA learning systems. Professor Kalé is also the Founder of GamePlan Consultants, a company that offers high level consultancy and training to gaming establishments all over the world. He is widely regarded as an expert in various aspects of casino management such as customer relationship management (CRM), cross-cultural interactions with casino clients, customer service issues, market segmentation and positioning, and customer lifetime value (LTV). A frequent contributor to sites such as www.urbino.net, www.igamingnews.com, and www.egamingpro.com, Dr. Kalé has worked tirelessly to further the continuing education of gaming executives.
Professor Kalé has conducted over two hundred executive development seminars on a range of topics such as cross-cultural interactions, smart selling, applications of the MBTI in management, applying the Enneagram in organizations, distribution channel management, and providing exemplary customer service. He also trains and consults for various industries on various aspects of organizational diagnosis and development, communication and leadership, corporate culture and culture change, relationship marketing and customer service. His gaming clients include diverse casino companies such as Mohegan Sun, The Olympic Entertainment Group, Sun International, Casinos Austria, MELCO, IGT Australia, the Galaxy Entertainment Group, Marina Bay Sands and Crown Casino.
