Our Client: Leading online iGaming Operator with well known UK & European brands.
The Role: Assist in the development of International CRM strategy, develop and implement bespoke CRM programmes Internationally, player support, (calls, emails), Welcome Communications, Newsletter/Monthly Update. Liase with other departments to utilise the International skills and knowledge we have in-house most effectively. Direct communication with VIP players and all players in small emerging markets, continuous campaign reporting and analysis
The Candidate: A minimum 2 years international experience ideally in a Customer Retention environment. E.g. development and implementation of retention activity and subsequent campaign analysis
Excellent organisational skills – ability to set priorities and manage tasks in order to meet deadlines, strong PC skills – knowledge of Excel is vital.
Excellent written and spoken English – Fluent in written and spoken German
