Job: CRM Bingo
Our Client: Well known, leading iGaming Operator are now looking to expand their Bingo CRM division.
The Role: Provide Customer Retention Management activities to a leading bingo network, ensuring new and fresh promotions/customer reactivation/VIP Management and working closely with the product. Responsible for the retention of existing bingo players and the reactivation of lapsed players, proposing, planning and executing a wide range of promotions. Preparing and sending of regular newsletters to entire database, and targeted marketing to specific groups of players within the database, Implementation and measurement/tracking of bingo CRM strategy – to ensure effective ROI in terms of old players regenerated and registrations converted to depositing Business integration of sponsorship activity.
The Candidate: Flexibility to adapt –Detail conscious, with the ability to deliver excellent results against challenging time deadlines. Entrepreneurial attitude – creative & innovative, not constrained by negative thinking, excellent communication and presentation skills – both written and verbal. Ability to plan and execute multiple campaigns working with numerous people in cross country locations, fluency in written and verbal English and an understanding of the UK Bingo market.
