Our Client: Leading land based gambling operator based in Macau
The Role: Assisting in managerial and supporting client nominated systems to ensure optimum efficiency and user confidence is achieved. Coordinate with software development on all nominated systems support matters. Provide solutions and systems configurations to meet users’ requirement. Provide training for all relevant departments. Provide mentorship to junior team members.
The Candidate: The ideal candidate would have 2 years relevant experience in the role with casino experience, with that experience involving implementation, business process re-engineering, solution design, customization, integration, and/or support of casino application systems is an advantage.
