One of the main criteria will be the staff members working at the venue to make it the outstanding choice for customers, the real heart of the

This special award is open to the Global Gaming Industry land based and the Winner will be limited to only taking part again after a 3 year omission.

The judges will be looking for operators that have the vision, originality and vitality in the crowded Market place to set them apart from the others, the judges will be looking at not specifically size but brand identity, marketing, customer service, innovation and use of new technologies.

Casino VIP Room of the Year
This award will be judged on facilities offered to the customer, special consideration will be given to VIP Rooms that offer a wide range of games along with outstanding customer service, quality of design, popularity but not just capacity but usage, how effective the VIP Room is marketed and finally any outstanding features or use of technology that really makes the customers experience very special.

Customer Experience of the Year
This special award goes to the company either online / land based or cruise liner that offers their customers an experience like no other, the award will recognize the company that has either run a competition/promotion or has offered a venue location such as an integrated resort, casino or cruise experience to their customers that is the most memorable for their clients. The winner will show how the customer had a truly innovative and rewarding experience like truly no other.

iGaming Software Supplier
The category is open to any gaming supplier company, providing services to iGaming operators, that has shown originality, the ability to succeed in a highly competitive market, offered services to clients that have helped increase profitability or have helped working environments an easier and more productive place. The winner will not necessarily be the largest company but the most innovative in its sector and have volume sales matching its ambition.

Industry Publication/Portal of the Year
This category will reward the publication that has pushed the boundaries in above-the-line reporting, special feature highlighting and innovation to involve the reader more effectively into the publication. The winner will not be dictated by the size of circulation, but by quality of reporting and features.

Mobile Operator of the Year
The Mobile operator of the year award will recognise the operator that has managed to make a real difference in an industry that is at the new frontier of gaming. Simplicity of use and access will be important, along with reliable technology and a truly innovative approach to this thriving sector. Integration with other platforms is important, along with growth of the products, usability of the platform and game offerings.

The award will go to the Online Bingo operator that has consistently and decisively dominated the online bingo sector during 2011. The judges will be looking for operators that have shown a unique brand to set it aside from their competition. They will also be looking at originality, brand identity, marketing, payment processing, usability and customer service.

The award will go to the online casino operator that has shown innovation and invention in the casino sector during 2011. The Judges will not only be looking at size of the operation but the style and unique brand of the operator. Consideration will be aimed at originality, brand identity, marketing, payment processing, usability and games offered.

Online Poker Operator of the Year
This award will seek to recognise the online operator that made the most headway in the real-money poker sector during 2011. The judges will be looking for originality, growth and scale, usability, payment processing and marketing. Special consideration will be given to operators looking to innovate in this competitive sector along with customer service and a unique different brand to set it aside from others. The award will recognise popularity as part of the consideration

Online Sportsbook Operator of the Year
The award recognises the operator in the sportsbook sector that has shown to lead the field, not only in capacity of customers, but in originality of betting, high customer service including importantly telephone service, with marketing of the product, usability and growth.

Payment Solutions Provider Company of the Year
The award will go to the company who has excelled in the field of cards, payments or validating systems within the Online or Land Based Gambling Industry over the last year. Here the judges will be rewarding the operator that has gone the extra mile in implementing procedures and safeguards for consumers. Among other issues, the judges will be assessing availability of problem gambling assistance, responsible gaming safeguards. Special consideration will be given to those operators that have campaigned for socially responsible gaming.

Socially Responsible Operator of the Year Online
The judges will be rewarding the online operator that has an outstanding effort in implementing procedures and safeguards for their online customers. The judges will be assessing availability of problem gambling assistance by customer support, responsible gaming safeguards. Special consideration will be given to those operators that have campaigned for socially responsible gaming and have shown they are committed to protecting those gamblers that show signs of vulnerability.

Slot Manufacturer/Provider Online or Land Based
This award will go to the Slot Manufacturer and or Provider to the land based or online gaming Sector that has consistently dominated the Slot sector during the year. The judges will be looking for the Manufacturer or Provider that has the reach and scale to set them apart in this competitive market. The judges will be looking at originality, brand identity, marketing, usability and scale to make their assessment.

This award will go to the slots operator that has shown growth, an array of different game offering to players, identity of its brand in a very competitive field, popularity, value for money and most importantly the leadership and innovation to continue to offer their players the very best in Online Slot Games.

The category is open to any technology company, providing an innovative product to online or offline Gaming operators, that have shown originality, the ability to succeed in a highly competitive market, offered services to clients that have helped increase profitability, productivity or have helped produce a more efficient environment for their clients. The winner will not necessarily be the largest company but the most innovative in its sector.

The judging panel will evaluate the winner on originality, service, after sales support, market identity, value, catalogue and quality to decide the winner of this very competitive area.

Outstanding Contribution Award
Very special award, winner will have to show a continued and unending devotion to his/her or Companies endeavours to strive for the best, and in doing so also prove that their efforts have helped others or indeed the whole Gaming Industry.
