The judging panel will evaluate the winner on originality of design, atmosphere, presentation of food, entertainment factor, service and hospitality are all part of the equation that determines the eventual winner. Size of the restaurant is not a factor however the ambiance and presentation is the most important.

This award will be judged on facilities offered to the customer, special consideration will be given to VIP Rooms that offer a wide range of games along with outstanding customer service, quality of design, popularity but not just capacity but usage, how effective the VIP Room is marketed and finally any outstanding features or use of technology that really makes the customers experience very special.

This special award goes to the company either online / land based or cruise liner that offers their customers an experience like no other, the award will recognize the company that has either run a competition/promotion or has offered a venue location such as an integrated resort, casino or cruise experience to their customers that is the most memorable for their clients. The winner will show how the customer had a truly innovative and rewarding experience like truly no other.

Eco-Friendly Company
This award recognises companies specifically manufacturer or operator that has taken into account the effect of the environment when running their business.
The winner will have taken a strategic, comprehensive and innovative approach to reducing waste and natural resource use. In a world where comprehensive and innovative approach to tackling climate change is needed.

iGaming Software Supplier
The category is open to any gaming supplier company, providing services to iGaming operators, that has shown originality, the ability to succeed in a highly competitive market, offered services to clients that have helped increase profitability or have helped working environments an easier and more productive place. The winner will not necessarily be the largest company but the most innovative in its sector and have volume sales matching its ambition.

The award will go to the Online Bingo operator that has consistently and decisively dominated the online bingo sector during 2009. The judges will be looking for operators that have shown a unique brand to set it aside from their competition.
